FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE STAFF MEETING WAS HELD (16.06.2022)

Our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. H. Burcu ÖZGÜVEN met with the administrative staff working in the faculty in line with quality studies. Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. H. Faik KARA Assist. Prof. İsmet OSMANOĞLU and student affairs, editorial affairs, financial affairs, dean's secretary, department secretary, library, and service staff attended the meeting. The meeting was organized in order to improve the quality management processes of our faculty, to listen to the problems of the administrative staff, who are internal stakeholders, and to ensure their participation in the process. At the beginning of the meeting, Dean Prof. Dr. H. Burcu ÖZGÜVEN stated that as the management, they attach utmost importance to openness, transparency, and the opinions of all internal stakeholders, and that they want to include all personnel in the decision-making mechanisms; thus they intend to make the corporate operation more effective. Then the administrative staff shared their opinions and suggestions. The officials expressed their wishes and opinions regarding their fields of duty and the faculty. At the meeting, the importance of food and service provided to the personnel and the necessity of more efficient classroom-studio cleaning were emphasized. Issues such as lack of personnel and effective implementation of workflow processes were discussed. What needs to be done on these issues and solutions were discussed.
